Business center "Moscow-City" (June 2010)


Federation High-Rise Complex Plot 13

Erection of complex steel concrete and high density reinforcement outrigger struc-tures is under way at technical levels 60 to 65 of the Federation high-rise complex, Tower A. The amount of concrete including self-compacting ones with compressive strength of 115 MPa (B90 grade), has totaled about 65000 m3. The concrete mixes are supplied by the OOO Stroyproyekt and OOO BMG-Trade plants.

China State Construction Engineering Corporation was the first in Russia to pour self-compacting B90 concrete into the complex steel concrete and high density reinforcement struc-tures of outrigger and technical levels of Tower A. The amount of self-compacting concrete totaled over 6200 m3. Concrete mixes were supplied by the Stroyproyekt and BMG-Trade plants.

The City of Capitals High-Rise Complex - Plot 9

Ant Yapi Company has put in place the reinforced concrete framework of the City of Capitals high-rise complex - Moscow Tower (286m high, 75 floors), Saint-Petersburg Tower (245m high, 64 floors) and the Southern Tower podium (75m, 18 floors). The total volume of concrete, including self-compacting ones with compressive strength of 80 MPa (B60 grade), has amounted to about 100000 m3. The concrete mixes were supplied by the Inzhgeo-com, BMG-Trade, Ingeocomprom and Spetsstroybeton ZhBI-17 plants.

Eurasia High-Rise Complex Plot 12

Enka Company continues to construct the steel concrete framework of the Eura-sia high-rise complex on Plot 12 of the Moscow-City. Level 38 has been completed. The amount of concrete, including self-compacting ones with compressive strength of 45 MPa (B35 grade) and 80 MPa (B60 grade), has totaled about 38000 m3. The concrete mixes were supplied by the Ingeocomprom plant.

Waterworld High-Rise Complex Plot 4

Enka Company has erected Level 54 of the Waterworld mixed-use complex comprising a hotel and office building and apartments on Plot 4 of the Moscow-City. Start-ing from Level 49, the structures have been erected from the self-compacting concrete with compressive strength of 80 MPa (B60 grade). The concrete mixtures of enhanced workability (55-60 cm spread) were supplied by the Ingeocomprom and Stroyproyekt plants. The amount of B60 concrete placed has totaled about 98000 m3.

Mixed-Use Business Complex Plot 14

Construction of the Mixed-Use Business Complex on Plot 14 of the Moscow-City is under way. As of December 2008, 3 underground levels have been put in place. The structures are made from the BSG B60 P5 (Category 1) concrete mixture characterized by its enhanced workability (55-60 cm spread). The concrete mix is supplied by the Ingeocomprom plant. The amount of B60 concrete placed has totaled 7200 m3.

RASEN STROY" Company has completed the last 7th section of the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete mat slab measuring 102*65 m in plan and 4.35 m in depth. The amount of the BSG B40 P5 concrete mix has totaled over 28000 m3. The main factors that ensure the thermal crack resistance of the structure proved to stay within the range of the values specified in the Process Regulations, i.e. the temperature differential in different areas across the depth of the mat slab did not exceed 20°C, the maximum temperature in the structural core did not exceed 60°C and the average cooling rate of the structure did not exceed 2°C per day.
